We booked this cruise vacation a couple of months ago - the price was right for our family. We took our son (16) and daughter (11)on this vacation.

We had never been on a five day cruise before - and it was perfect. Five days was a great break from work and school - and allowed us to get home on Saturday so that we could relax before getting back to the grind.

Although the Millennium is due to go to dry dock to be Solsticized - we thought the ship was in very good condition. Sure there were some worn spots here and there - but the public areas were in really good condition. The same can be said for our cabins. We had a Concierge Class veranda stateroom - and the kids had an inside cabin across the hall. We thought that the Concierge Class was laid out well with good space. We've had larger staterooms - but this suited us nicely.

Aqua Class

Cabin A2

We liked cabin 9133. The layout was good - enough room for the two of us - and even for our two children to join us to watch TV or just relax. Plenty of closet space for a five day (and even a seven day) cruise. There was also plenty of drawer space. The bathroom was large and laid out well. The showers were fine with good shower heads. We've had larger verandas - but this was big enough for two people to sit and read comfortably.

The location was quiet - not too far from the center elevators. We were directly across from our kids' cabin - 9135 - which was very convenient.
