My husband and I just got back from our 6th cruise overall and 3rd cruise on Carnival. We were looking for an easy cruise out of Galveston that we booked at the last minute. (We live in Houston.)
The good:
Low price, room on the 9th deck at the front of the ship was quiet, the ship's common spaces looked fairly new and refurbished, our room steward was attentive but never intrusive.
