We read all the negative comments/reviews after booking we just though most people only write poor rather than good reviews this has taken me 3 months to write now, the flights were with BA great, transfers good, booking in good ,cabin was a great size with balcony (free Upgrade) cleaned 3 times per day, mini bar. TV with a news channel in English we thought this was poor as there were lots of other foreign channel with other TV shows on not saying i watch TV all day but its nice to have something to watch. they did have films to pay for on demand.
food lots of choice if you wanted cafe/buffet food or restaurant your choice, they always had a good mix of salads, fruit, pizza, pasta, chips & burgers then a daily special good to try when you have already paid for in advance, several bars all samey really. a disco if required great pools in & outdoor Jacuzzis good waitress service
now to my disappointments entertainment quite tacky, if you haven't taken up the expensive drinks package then a service charge is added to everything you buy but i think if you don't drink too much you are still better off paying as you go, there is a free 24hour tea/coffee fruit tea water station in the buffet area in melamine cups i would take a china mug with you if your as fussy as me or borrow a cup from the restaurant. they come round wanting to take your photo all the time i think they got the idea when i scowled at the camera man several times,
