Due to previous comments, I was expecting to be disappointed but was certainly not. We stayed at the Sheraton Old San Jan Hotel which was clean, well appointed and had a great staff who went above and beyond the call of duty when I needed it.

This is a great hotel for those who wish to walk around the old part of San Juan.

The embarkation process needs improvement as I noted those with baggage had to line up to check their luggage and then get to the back of the other line to check in. In our case, Royal Caribbean transferred our luggage from the hotel to the ship so that we went straight to the check-in line. Once inside, the lines moved fairly quickly. There was a Priority sign but it was not visible due to the crush of the crowds. I suggest they raise the various signs higher so they can easily been seen.

Cabin Review

Junior Suite

Lots of room and storage space. Loved the walk-in closet. Close to elevator. Bed comfortable but pillows were not.
