We did not book an excursion at this port.  We did a lot of shopping here, and visited Fat Tuesday's for some drinks.  Fat Tuesday's has great drinks, and their food isn't too bad either.  If you plan to buy alcohol, we found the best prices here.

Cozumel

We took an ATV and cave tubing excursion at this port with a place called cave-tubing.com.  This was our favorite by far!  This is another port that you want to have an excursion for.  It is a very poor and scary place to visit if you venture out on your own.  The ATV ride was amazing.  We traveled through the rainforest, and took the ATV's through almost two feet of mud in some areas.  We were covered in mud, but had so much fun.  After the ATV's they let us clean up in their shower/changing rooms, and then we headed for the caves.  There was about a twenty minute hike through the rainforest to get to the caves.  We saw two huge caves, and they were absolutely beautiful.  Because we chose an independent company to book with, we had a much smaller group than Carnival's, and not as many rules.  The helmets were optional, and we could leave the life jackets attached to the raft if we chose not to wear them.  The water was very shallow in most areas, so we chose to just keep them on the tube.  Our guide was great, and because we were the only people on the ATV tour, we got to spend a little more time on the trail.  After the tour, they brought us back to a big tiki hut with a bar.  They gave us tamales for lunch, which were pretty good.  You could also purchase snacks, and sodas.

Belize City

This was our favorite place by far.  I think Carnival saved the best for last.  We didn't even plan an excursion for this port, but didn't need one.  It was absolutely beautiful, Don't forget your camera for this one. If you are an avid photographer, bring your nice camera and lots of memory.  We wished that we could have spent more time at this port on the beach.  It was absolutely gorgeous.  I think next time, we may rent the private cabana on the beach.  They looked very, very nice, and came with your own waiter.  My boyfriend also did zip-lining here, while I took pictures.  It cost only 40 dollars for him to go, and he went on 11 different lines.  It is a place called clip -n- zip, and you can't miss it when you get off the boat.  We also got a taxi tour around the island, but the rest of the island is not nearly as beautiful as the land right near the port.  Carnival did a phenomenal job with this port.

Roatan

We took the two stop snorkel tour with Carnival, and it was pretty nice.  The boat we took out was awesome because it had a huge bar on it, island music, and two bathrooms.  The boat didn't travel very far, so if sea sickness is a concern, there are no worries.  The boat only traveled about five minutes out and the water was very calm.  We were able to sea a ship wreck from the 1940's and a nice size coral reef.  It was perfect for my boyfriend, a first time snorkeler.  I would have liked to have seen a bigger variety of fish, but for $45 a person...not a bad deal.

I have been to Grand Cayman several times, and I highly suggest booking some type of excursion here.  It is my least favorite port to visit because it does not have much to offer.  It is also a tender port, so anticipate about a five minute boat ride to the pier from the ship.

Small room, but was an adequate amount of space for what we needed. It was located directly under the bridge, which was not a problem for noise.  However, if you do not like to wake up early at ports, the anchor was very loud in this room, and will wake you up.  Room located at the very end of the hall next to a handicap accessible room.  The dining room was located on the opposite end of the ship, so it was a long walk to dinner each night.

It is also a tender port, so anticipate about a five minute boat ride to the pier from the ship.Ports:
