Msc splendida is a ship to wonder at.All public areas are well furnished and decorated to very high standards.Plenty of activities to keep you occupied but a lot of the activities are geared towards the mainly Italian passengers not surprising on a Italian ship.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable plenty of wardrobe space and drawers, safe is free of charge and easy to use.rooms are kept very clean and tidy,eg beds are turned down every evening and towels replaced twice a day.Don't expect though to see any towel sculpture's a bit disappointing.
Food in the Villa Vera restaurant was a la carte we were served by a lovely waiter full of smiles and nothing was touch much trouble for him.Other meals we went to the bora bora self service area.Breakfast and lunch times could get very busy, loads of tables but did take time to find seats.the faire here was of the pizza, burger and chips style but with large areas for salads pasta and of lunchtimes curries etc. also plenty of choice for fruit and sweets for diabetics like me you can ask for the sugar free desserts.Unfortunately the food could have been kept a little warmer.
