arrived back in the u.k back safe and sound.well over all a very bad experience with tomsom dream ship. firstly it must be loggedon the17th off dec my husband rang the tomson cruise helpline /and company we booked with liverpool cruise club to ask about the virus norwalk virus aboard they both denied knowing about this, even though it was on board the first week we were aboard and myself and another member off the party have had stomach problems during and after coming home. i say this because any one with low immune system does not stand a chance once on this ship. the company is charging for bottle water during meals because there water is also was a brownish colour in the cabins. we used drinking water to clean teeth.the ship is too old to be in service its a joke.... the smell off shitttt everyday which was masked via many air fresheners. the plumbing is frankly not up to the job and with only flushing toliet tissue it blockked at least four times in our cabin.the More lifts are not up to the job and were always breaking down and overloading with only eight people husband was stuck in the lift for twenty minutes at midnight. this is the worst cruise we have ever had and will never return to tomsons with there big name. the food was poor in choice and taste and over cooked.i hitt the table one day with there pizza and it was solid.
The portions in the resturant were too small and either consisted of mushroom sauce or spinach, you were left hungry by nine o clock and the eve buffet was the left overs from that day menu.yac yac .
the life boat drill was excerlently done , until it was spolit with the ships photographers which is a major distraction and shold not be done at a boring drill, its dangerous as no one was paying attention to the announcements being made.
the staff were excerllent.
the photoraphs were poorly taken and well over priced,we never saw the dvd in our cabins once so we never bought it.
I was refused a change off drink as it was mainly water and rum , no cream so i asked the waiter in the club that there was a problem with my drink and he refused to exchanged it , so i left it on the table.
The entertainment was very amaturish , some off the young ones had great voices, all being over shadowed via the ageing cruise director steve guy, move over guy ya voice is to course.
My main concern is the food in the orion resturant is very poor in taste and choice.well

The sights made up forall the cruise ships smell and sick and shitts. i have sent a letter too both parties but i feel i must warn people to what is truley going on aboard the tomson dreams flag ship ship, if you go pack plenty off sickness treatments and tum tablets and also lem sips due to poor air circulation i caught a bad cold during my first three days.
Over all a big disapointment for such a big name. i told tomsons i would be putting this on the internet and at least i am true to my word, even though they lie. fin now so sorry to bore you i am in pain now with stomach aches still, been to docs and need chest x ray next week, be warned and do not say i did not tell you as it was. byeeeeeeeeeeeeee
oh i nearly for got you need to take out a morgage for bingo Less
