We are big Norwegian fans and we make no bones about it. Freestyle is our 'style'...we very much enjoy 'dinner for 2' each night.

Let me start at the beginning. We drove to NO from Mississippi and parked at the Fulton Place garage. Saw it mentioned here on cruisecritic and decided to save the $28 difference between it and the terminal parking which is the route we've gone in the past. I called and reserved a spot and paid up front with a CC a couple of weeks out but it is a huge garage and I doubt booking in advance was necessary. We were very pleased with them and their shuttle service...fast and courteous in both directions! They are now our parking facility of choice for future cruises out of NO!!

We had a balcony on deck 9...near the mid ship elevators. A great location! This was our 4th cruise on the Spirit but our first balcony on this ship. Very nice! Our cabin steward was very nice and very efficient. Our king bed was rather firm (to say the least!) and we asked him on day-one if we could get a foam pad or egg-crate and it was a done deal the next day..and, yes, it certainly made a big difference comfort-wise.
