Hotel: We stayed in Old San Juan at La Terraza Hotel a beautiful boutique hotel right in an old neighborhood. We had a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment that was perfect to share with friends. The hosts Devon and Joe provided a great start and local itinerary info for our vacation. We spent 2 nights in Old San Juan going to Latin Roots for New Year's Eve dance party, exploring all of Old Town and El Morro, went to a Flamenco show at Toro Salao featuring the music of Edgardo Montserrat. A delicious mofongo churrasco meal was shared at El Patio de Sam which had the best pina colada of our entire trip. San Juan is very colorful and picturesque.
Embarkation: We arrived within 30 minutes of embarkation begin time. Our embarkation was very smooth and we were onboard within 15-20 minutes. Water was provided and porters were right there to assist with our bags.
Ship Info: This ship is in beautiful condition. We sailed on the Navigator of the Seas prior, and enjoy the features of the Promenade and Ice show. Surprisingly every morning there were many passengers walking the track which was a great way to start the morning.
