My first (and Last) experience with Norwegian Cruise Line was below standard and very disappointing. I was very upset with a number of different things and this cruise was a total waste of time and money.

The ship was very over crowded, and how can 3000 people share two pools and four hot tubs? To enjoy a nice swim or enjoy a refreshing hot tub was impossible. In the seven days that I was on the ship, only one time was I able to enjoy a swim without sixteen people crowding around. The lounge chairs were an embarrassment! People were very aggressive with trying to find and reserve lounge chairs, and I even witnessed verbal arguments over the chairs. Not only were there a lack ther of, but in the morning you had to put them out yourself, that is if you could find any.

The food on the ship was sub-par, and not what I had expected or received on other cruise lines. The buffets were a nightmare and had a very scarce selection. The people were grabbing food like it was going to run out, and on one occasion it actually did!!!!! The buffet had literally nothing left but cookies!!! Read more
