Cabin: Central Park View Stateroom with Balcony

We've been on 19 cruise ships - some 2 and 3 times - but this ship takes the cake, icing, decorations, candles and all! We usually book balcony cabins on 7+ days but for this cruise we could not afford it, we went with the cheaper 'Park View Balcony' It takes some getting used to, because you lose your privacy your view is down and a very lushly landscaped park, restaurants and shops but look straight out and you see everyone else's balcony and rooms. NOT GOOD :-(

The Entertainment was FIRST CLASS - we've seen ALOT of shows, slept thru a few too, but RCC has really stepped it up - the cast of Hairspray was FABULOUS, the comedians were tear jerking funny, the Ice Skaters performances & costumes were divine, and the WATER SHOW - well hard to believe I saw a CIRQUE DE SOLIE quality show on a MOVING SHIP!!

The food, was a lack luster. RCC is known for the fine dinning but even the specialty restaurant we paid extra for left us disappointed. Service was just good enough nothing above and beyond what you would get at your local Chili's - YES CHILI's service at a premium price.

Cabin Review

Central Park View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin C1

Spacious, comfortable Park View Balcony - not private, could see everyone else's balcony. Felt like an apartment building view of the neighbors. The cabin itself was decent. Decor was tasteful and relaxing. Bathroom was bigger than your average ship but not by much. Overall very nice.
