I booked my cruise on the Dream almost a year ahead of time and constantly looked at all the reviews in anticipation so I thought that I would write a review of my own now that my trip is finally over! Let me start by saying that this is my third cruise (previously cruised on Princess and RCL) and I traveled with my husband and in-laws. We did not have any kids in our group and wondered if Disney would be the best choice for an adult only group. We were pleasantly surprised overall with the cruise, however, there were a few drawbacks.

Boarding the ship was fairly pain free and getting off was a breeze! I have never been on a cruise where you could disembark the ship whenever you would like. We were off of the ship, through customs and in our car within 15 min. When we boarded the cruise we were amazed at the quality of every detail. It was truly beautiful. We visited every area, taking pictures then went to our stateroom. This was the first time I have booked an interior room and while the room was very nice it was a little too small and I think I would upgrade next time. I must say that the beds were extremely comfortable! Do be careful where you room is located, we were on the 10th floor and I didn't realize that we were so close to the service elevators when I booked but it was fairly noisy at night.

The cruise started out great until we started moving! Our first night was the roughest I have ever experienced on a cruise. Unfortunately all of our party was sick and we didn't make it for our Palo's reservation. It did get better over the next few days but coming back to Florida was very rocky as well. Unfortunately this really just about ruined the cruise for us. I have never experienced a ship moving like that but after speaking with some people working onboard I have learned December might not be the best time to cruise if you suffer from any type of motion sickness. Many people in the dining room and on the elevators were commenting on how they hadn't experienced motion like that on a cruise before and unfortunately many were sick, particularly the first night.
