PRE-CRUISE

We left on Saturday, December 3, 2011. We always arrive the day before the cruise so that we have a day to relax. We stayed at the Hampton Inn - Rocky Point and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I booked this hotel far in advance. When we arrived at the airport I called the hotel for the shuttle and they were there within 2 minutes. When we were checking in to the hotel I asked to be to put on the first cruise port shuttle in the morning. We were on the 11:00 am shuttle. The breakfast at the hotel had waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, and juices. A much better breakfast than what you would find at a hotel. If you are taking the cruise ship shuttle I would recommend getting outside early because many people were signed up for later shuttle times that were trying to get on the early shuttle.
