Boarding the Grand Princess was very good and the personnel were friendly. We were told that we didn't have a room so they set up one for us.
We were given a blue sign and sail card which implies that we were first time cruisers. No credit given to our six previous cruises.
After boarding we headed right for our cabin and discovered it was a mini cabin with fold out beds from the wall.
Princess has the nerve to call our cabin a mini-suite. It's a 10x20 room with two twins pushed together, which is OK, but they have fold away beds mounted on the sidewalls which extended out about 12" leaving us about 6" from the edge of our bed to stand up. Needless to say we had to walk sideways just to clear this massive obstruction.
One day our toilet wouldn't even flush with nothing clogging it and it took them three hours to fix it! Very understaffed!
We did appreciate our room steward NOT taking time to make towel animals! Yes, they are very cute but very time consuming since they have an oversupply of cabins to clean everyday.
Can't imagine having four people in a cabin this small.
