We recently took the Bahamas Celebration with our kids and extended family. Having enjoyed three Princess cruises in the past, I was highly skeptical about the service we'd receive here, but I was pretty much blown away.

The food was excellent, the service was also very good. I think the boat was full, but we never felt crowded and finding a place to sit was never a problem. Even the enntertainment was great. I was shocked.

The nicer of the two dining rooms was the best. Several courses of food, all exellent. I had the Prime Rib and it was as good as any I've eaten. Breakfast on the pool deck was also very good. A little harder for a large party to find a place to sit together. Dinner in Rio was not my favorite, but others in my party liked it. It's more casual, which may be a plus, but I didn't really likee the part-buffet thing.
