This is only our second cruise; however, we felt it was worth covering by a review here, and I have really enjoyed prior reviews.

Embarkation: I had read negative descriptions of the embarkation process. Besides not preparing well enough for a short cool wait before the terminal opened, the process was amazingly smooth! My partner has a disability, so we were allowed to check in at the special needs desk and board with the first group (after VIPs). We were smiling and on board, on our way to the Splendido Buffet less than one hour after arriving at the port.

Cabin: We had a balcony cabin on the Lido Deck, nearly parallel with the elevator lobby over the atrium. Our cabin was furnished wonderfully, seemed quite spacious, and was always comfortable. Our steward was outstanding and agreed to make up the sofa bed for me so my partner could have a larger bed (rather than each of us on a small twin), and we both were comfortable for the cruise! We will never cruise without a balcony again!
