Sail Date: Dec 2011

This is the fourth time that I have sailed the freedom class ships, and the Liberty is still as beautiful as the first time we sailed her. I would like to start my review off with saying a vacation is what you make of it and on the liberty it's your choice ow much you want to make of our trip.

We arrived at the pier at 12:30 and were in our connecting promenade cabins. We usually stay in a junior suite or better but this was a last minute decision. The rooms were just perfect for what we needed. Two teenagers could have their own room yet we still could control the room if necessary. Even though the rooms are small, the set up is adequate for your luggage so that you don't feel too cramped. Our room attendants name was dragisa. He was very nice and was arounded when we needed something yet never overbearing.

Ok I thought most of the food was mediocre at best with the exception of portofino which was excellent. Chops was horrible. The menu says fresh seafood but we were told by the manager it's frozen. Ok so who really cares if it's fresh or frozen as long as its cooked good, well my husbands fish was so over cooked and dried out tat he sent it back. I would have expected more from chops being it costed more than portofino. All of our dinners at portofino were amazing. I love their dessert sampler. Yum. Wave jammer, well it's standard buffet food.
