The cruise that we just took on the Silhouette was excellent. We had pre-registered online therefore we were able to board the ship very quickly. We were greeted by friendly, professional staff members. Always with Celebrity we have experienced friendly, courteous service.
We boarded the ship and dined in the Ocean View cafe. There were so many choices of fresh foods, from meats to fruits and vegetables and pasta stir fry's. The ship's layout in the Ocean View was a little different from the traditional Celebrity cafeteria style dining. This made it nice as you could just walk to any station and usually didn't have to wait in a line for your food. The staff again was friendly and courteous.
Our rooms were beautiful. This was our first time for getting a balcony and loved being able to see the ports from our room. Excellent views and great housekeeping services.

Our cabin was beautiful. Did not care for the above the bed storage space as I had to climb on the bed to get to my clothes. This might not be too easy for an older person. All else was good. Bathroom, shower was great.
