I have just returned from a cruise on Thomson Dream - never again.
The ship was below my expectations having cruises with Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises, I did realise that the standard on the Thomson Dream would not be as high and I was not wrong!
On entering the cabin, I noticed it was not the best but as time went on, it got worse and worse. Had to ask for our cabin to be made up, sometimes after 1400 hrs before this happened.
Cabin needs modernised. Nearly scalded in the shower and very difficult to regulate the temperature. No duvets, inside the duvet cover contained an old folded blanket. Bed linen was shabby.
Had to request for our cabin to be cleaned several times, and then it was after 1400 before this took place. Dust thick under the television.
Despite paying £15 for a safe, this was faulty and could not be used.
