Lovely ship with a beautiful atrium. The Grand Pacific is a beautiful dining room, I ate there almost every night.
I found the activities to be just enough for my taste. I come on vacation to relax and I don't want to feel as if I'm missing out on all the goings on, so there was enough to do without feeling as if I had to take part in anything.
People that made it spectacular:
Heard a small clanking sound at night a few times. Might have been from life boats as I had a partially blocked oceanview cabin. My neighbors were quiet and I could rarely hear anything from them, but when one sneezed hard repeatedly I did notice it. Someone in their cabin was smoking a bit and I would notice it in my ventilation system. That would be my only issue. It wasn't strong but smoke bothers me and I don't even a slight scent of it in my room.
Overall everything was fine. There was nothing that marred the trip or made me say that I wouldn't stay in this room again. From the right window you can see the ocean through the life boats. I choose partially blocked rooms just to get some natural light in, however I do think I might go for the balcony next Spring as I hear it's great having one and it's the best way to travel.
