This was our first cruise with RCCL and we found it to be almost "Excellent".

Our reservation support during initial booking was outstanding, with Airfare, Hotel, transfers and the cruise was arranged effortlessly, however during the final stages, about 3 weeks prior boarding the Airplane to head to Port we found that the Right Hand did not talk to the Left Hand, between departments and within that department. There was a serious issue with being able to issue our Cruise Documents, one department blamed the Air Section, another blamed the Reservations. There was not one "Supervisor" who could make a "Command Decision" and make it work.

The Transfer to the Hotel was painless and the stay that night was pleasant.
