We chose the Legend because of price and the western Caribbean itinerary. Was pleasantly surprised with the Legend getting close to 10 years old at how great it looked. Had been on similar aged ship of different cruise line and their ship had not aged as well as the Legend.
We arrived at Tampa a day ahead of sailing and spent night in Residence Inn Downtown, which ended up being a great price plus was near to port to get there
fast from the hotel.
