This was our fifth cruise with Celebrity and the first on a Solstice class ship. We were apprehensive about the size of the Equinox since it was the largest ship for us to date. It turned out we loved the ship and found it very spacious.

The itinerary with the overnight in Istanbul was wonderful. We spent three nights in Rome pre-cruise at the Waldorf Astoria Cavalieri. The hotel overlooks Rome and we found the quite evenings there overlooking the city very relaxing after spending all day walking and touring.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Veranda 1C

Cabin 1C

The cabin is very well laid out. Bathroom and closet are great. Could use a few larger drawers. Nicest veranda cabin design we have seen. No noise.
