I have to tell that it was our first time on a cruise, since I'm working as a tour guide in Denmark with many of my clients coming on a cruise ship; I wanted to see the other side of it. I would like to congratulate the entertainment with their wonderful shows the waiters serving this amazing food that will take me a few weeks in the gym to get fit again.

And here is a little story who made me leave the ship with a sour taste, I booked a soda package for my kids for the hole cruise, I also agreed to paid the final payment in cash. By the fourth night my account was due 346 dollars, since the limit for a cash account is 250 dollars, I agreed with Passengers services to race this amount to 450 for the last day, but those word went with the wind when I got a letter later on that my account was close due to the negative balance of 346 dollars when the limit was 250 dollars and there went my last chance to enjoy a bottle of wine with my family for the last meal in the restaurant.

And that was not the only problem that I had with passengers services, my son misplaced his card and when they made a copy it didn't said that he had a soda package so they want to charge us for a soda that he took in the bar, we tried to explained to the waiter but ended up talking to the manager of the bar who assured us at it wouldn't be any problem. In the mean time when I wanted to pay my bill in the night, they couldn't find a responsible to sign for the mistake and erase the 2 dollars and 30 cents (+ 30 cents in gratuities), yes you read right 2 dollars and 30 cents!! At this time I paid the balance minus the famous 2 dollars and 30 cents with the assurance that this will be fixed by tomorrow when we leave the ship. I put the alarm clock to 7:30 AM to wake up and go to eat before leaving the ship. At around a little to 6 AM I received a phone call to advise me that my account was due 2 dollars and 30 cents!!
