Day 1: Arrived in Nuremberg in the late morning and the Viking rep was waiting for the flight. When we arrived at the ship embarkation went very smoothly and we were informed that the cabin would not be available until later in the afternoon but that a light lunch was available in the lounge and that the bus would take anyone who desired into Nuremberg for sightseeing on your own. The lunch was perfect and we opted to go into Nuremberg to walk around and what a great Saturday afternoon walking around the farmers market and the historic downtown area.
Day 2:The next morning we had an excellent bus and walking tour of Nuremberg.
The evening was spent cruising and was very pleasant. My wife spent the early morning with a dedicated group of exercisers doing aerobics with one of the cruise directors.(She did this every morning)
The cabin was as advertised, small but very comfortable, everything was well planned and designed to provide maximum usable space. Suitcases fit under the bed and the bathroom was small but not cramped. The cabin did feel some vibrations when cruising through the night.
