Sail Date: Sep 2011

We stayed at the Hotel Amsterdam City Centre. The hotel was comfortable but we had a problem with the food at the hotel. Again, it was just not prepared in a way that we are used to. We did find a wonderful Argentinian steak house for dinner.

The boarding process was super easy, unlike an ocean cruise. We were greeted by the staff and immediately felt at ease.

We could not have been happier with the staff on this boat. The Hotel Manager, Artur was always out and about on the ship and interacted with every passenger. The Cruise Manager, Christian Abkar, was also great. He was very knowledgeable and willing to do whatever he could to improve your experience. Our room stewardess, Tedy was the very best we have ever had on any cruise. She was always doing something extra special for us without us having to ask. She was perfect in our book.

Cabin Review

Our cabin was great. Plenty of storage, couldn't even use it all. The bedding was a little heavy for us but our room stewardess switched it out after the first night which was wonderful.
