We booked the cruise with the perception that this cruise line was more 5 star than 4, and this would be reflected in the experience we would have.It was not.

The ship was set out nicely and was fresh and new. The food was in most cases excellent and definitely 5 star. Our accommodation at the back of the ship on deck 10 was excellent, with a balcony that was equally as good. Entertainment was generally poor, however certain individual entertainers were obviously talented and stood out. I cant help thinking that if Nick, the entertainment director had thought a little more about why he was there, and less time on his own self interests, then we would have got a lot more than was delivered.

It seemed to me that all staff took the time to greet and talk especially cabin staff and dining room staff. Deck waiting was not fantastic but deck dining was good.

Cabin Review

Concierge Class 1

cabin was concierge class c1, deck 10, aft. Quiet, comfortable, ample room and closet space. Great shower, towels, pillows and bed.

Would be nice to have a washing line in the bathroom, a steam free mirror and a balcony light.

Otherwise, a nice comfortable space to be in.
