booking was easy through my travel agent filled out all the appropriate forms she also checked to make sure everything was in order because we had dietary needs. boarding the ship was good but once we got on and were able to go to the room to find a tiny room that was an "upgrade" and no fridge which we requested 30 days prior and the travel agent also told them as well we needed one. we went to the service desk to ask for one again. still to never received one and had to throw some food away that we brought due to the dietary needs. most of the staff were unfriendly. only had a handful of people who were pleasant to us. the MatraD's were nice and tried to help. with the Gluten free diet it is very hard to travel and we have found that cruises are the best way to go. except on NCL. we left Sunday and by Tuesday morning after pre ordering the night before we sat there for 45 min. before we were told that they had run out of the Gluten Free Waffles. they had muffins that were frozen and only needed to be warmed up but I received and ate my food before my husband and son got there GF food couple of days later they ran out of the GF Blueberry muffins and then ran out of toast the last day. the gratuity was outrageous $12 a day per person plus 15% every time you order anything extra like sodas or alcohol and then the kids camp asked for more $ because they weren't included in the automatic gratuity i was very upset about that considering that's where he spent 90% of his time. when ever you would go to the bar if you weren't ordering liquor it seemed like you were pushed aside. i ordered a soda in one of the shows and never received it but everyone else got there alcohol..

The ports and excursions were awesome, we did have fun despite all the poor service. the casino too 10% of every pot if you were playing Texas hold em which is very high...
