I would like to give a detail review of our September 3rd sailing. Before sailing I was a little worried about some of the reviews. All told the ship lived up to what I expected with a Solstice class ship and more.

Embarkation

We took the train from Rome to Civitavecchia and walked to the port. Once in the port Celebrity provides a complimentary shuttle to the terminal. It would be a long walk if you decided to walk it. Once in the check-in area things moved swiftly. Concierge Class cabins get priority checkin and embarkation. The priority embarkation worked like a charm. We never waited in any line for then 5 minutes. This includes all of the port of calls. Read more
