There were 4 of us myself, DH and 2 sons ages 20 and 12. This was our sixth cruise on Carnival, first on the Freedom. We live in South Florida, so a friend dropped us at the port. Got through the lines and were on board in about an hour. Disembarking went smoothly as well.

We had a balcony cabin on the Lido deck. Tony, our room steward was fantastic, always smiling, so helpful and courteous. This was our first time on the Lido, and the location was great ! We will try to book that deck in the future.

We thought the food was great. We had anytime dining, and all the staff were very attentive. We enjoyed the varied menu choices, and were stuffed ! We had breakfast and lunch on the Lido deck, and enjoyed the variety of food there as well.

Good location, quiet although near entry to Lido. Noise not a problem. Loved being on Lido deck
