Sail Date: Sep 2011
Cabin: Outside Stateroom with Window

This is our First 7 day P&O Oriana cruise.

We had a taster two night on the Ventura. This was in a balcony suite. Very good experience but were undecided for a full cruise as the 'STAG' 'HEN' 2 night was hectic. And very busy during embarkation & leaving ship (queues)

We are pleased to report that the 7 day was well organised & easy going. We parked across river & 'bused in' Also well organised & Friendly with car waiting ready to go.

Cabin Review

Outside Stateroom with Window

Cabin EA

C202

three adults

bath shower & toilet all worked well

main beds comfortable, third pull out bed - uncomfortable . we took turns.

Plenty of space for two a bit tight for three, needed to store some clothes in cases, we took some soft cases to fit under beds.

some drawers were worn but storage adequate.

large window needed cleaning externally, not as clean as general areas.

Promenade deck 7 one of our frequently used areas for walking, Except Bow section when strong winds or access for crew duties.

Top deck used for running around ship early morning with sport activities.

Including left & right handed golf clubs, used twice, still need practice.

Cabin on deck 9 which provided external Stern access to all decks, which we used for exercise to Conservatory restaurant deck 11.

two three pin uk sockets one used for kettle. We took a few extra drink sashes. BUT Lemon & Ginger & other specialist teas were available in Conservatory at day times, or Ask cabin Steward.
