I had read some reviews about Fantasia before we went so was slightly worried. However, there was no need. Ship was absolutely fantastic - never stop cleaning it. crystal satircase that you feel guilty walking on. Restuarants very clean and good food. sometimes, not enough of it, particularly in red velvet restaurant. Helpful waiters as long as you can make them understand. they need more english speaking staff.

room was fab - oceanview with balcony - cleaned twice a day, clean towels always. lovely porters to make you feel welcome. Mini bar very expensive as were the drinks on board - not allowed to take spirits on wish you.
