The Good: Bermuda was fabulous, everyone on the island was so nice. No matter who we met, they always said hello, thank you, asked how we were enjoying our vacation and 1 gentlemen even gave up his seat on a packed bus for me to sit. The ship was clean and up to date. We had a mini-suite (11th floor)and it was absolutely wonderful, it was very spacious with plenty of room. The steward was fantastic and the location of the room was perfect. We were right below the Garden Cafe and I must say that there was no noise from above. The CD (Sinan) was fabulous, very entertaining and always had you laughing. As for the shows, the Man from Mars was the best and I enjoyed the Fountains (which was at the end of the last show) mostly because it was short, and their performance was unexpected and seeing them laugh while performing it made it even funnier.

The Bad: The food was like eating cafeteria food. The first day we ate lunch at the Garden Cafe and the burger was raw, uncooked and cold. The Buffet food never really changed and was cold and bland. The main dining rooms also were very very limited and tasteless. So after a few days of the same ole bland, cold food we decided to venture to the specialty restaurants. La Cucina (Italian) was the worst, the buffet was better and that's not saying much. Cagney's steak was good (for $25.00 pp) but all the side dishes were cold and then the waiter brings my husband an espresso that we never ordered and after I said something he then agreed to take it off the bill and never gave an explanation as to why he brought it in the first place. The cruise is also very picture happy and were very rude when you decline to have your picture taken. Also, we are not drinkers and I found that when we didn't order alcohol at dinner our service was sub par, maybe because they felt they weren't getting an additional tip because there was no bill to sign. One day we ate lunch at the Blue Lagoon and my husband got his appetizer and main course at the same time while I had to wait another 10 minutes for my dish. Just bad service!!

The Ugly: The noise level from the kids running up and down the halls was insane. The kids also seemed to congregate at the stairs and made them impossible to pass through. I understand the parents are on vacation but I didn't realize that the ship became a giant playground for kids to scream and run around without any supervision. I have kids and would never have let them run around like that. Also, due to hurricane Irene we lost a day and went from a 7 day cruise to a 6 day cruise. Norwegian gave everyone $100 credit per room... now that would be great if they charged you per room but you are charged per person in a room and $100 was not even a 1/4 of what that night costs us. Lastly, my husband went to the main desk to break some larger bills for our excursions and they tried to short him money. The guy behind the desk would count out 3 piles of $100 and kept taking money from the first pile to complete the $100 in the third pile. He did this 3x times before my husband lost it and went off on him. I know we probably should have spoken to someone of a higher authority about this but I just wanted to get my husband away from that desk and continue our vacation in peace.
