Have just returned from a cruise on the Oceana (3 sept). never sailed from Southampton before. surprised by the reception at the terminal, very well organised from leaving the car and the porters collecting our luggage.

Check In was very quick i would estimate from arriving at dockside to sitting down to lunch in the Plaza 45 minutes. i would challenge any airport to beat that.

We have sailed with Royal Caribbean so P & O were up against tough opposition.

Balcony Stateroom with Shower

Cabin JA

Cabin A615 our friends Cabin A617.Starboard

Bathroom small but ok. good position on the ship slightly right hand to Mid ship going toward the stern. No noise, Air conditioning was one of the quietest of any hotel or ship i have been on. Instant response when changing Temp. TV needs updating to flat screen. Cabin size ok, wardrobe ok could do with more hangers we took our own. Tea making facility was good, milk, tea, coffee, biscuits topped up every day.
