Well i have just read a reveiw about this ship and i cannot disagree more we took my partners daughter son in law and 2 children on the oceana 6th to 13th of aug and we loved every minute of it.My partner and i had been on it before 3 years ago and must say it was a good as ever and better than the Venturs last christmas it was very clean and tidy the tiolets were clean as they were NOT on the Ventura. The food in the lingurien was very very good but we went to the buffet twice as we had a 15 month old and was hard trying to keep him happy in the highchair and thought it was not fair to other diners. We were pleased with th itiniery as we would proberbly never go to some of the places i was taken by La Rochelle very pretty also Bilbao. We thought the drinks were very good as on the Royal Carribean you pay a 15% sevice charge every time you buy a drink it soon mounts up.The night nursary was free but you need to get the child to sleep but as ever our little one would not do that we did use it once and what a good idea it was.All in all we had a great time and have converted 2 more young people that a cruise is not for the older person.
