We had lots of issues on this cruise. This was our first and last because very poor service and poor ship. The Big movie screen most of the screen was blacked out due to it not working. The ship was always a mess didn't matter what time it was. Broken glass all over the decks. They choice what rules they will follow would not let my 11.5 year old go with the 12 years because he was too young my son didn't want to be with 7 year old all day. Buffet food was cold and dried out. Areas was closed off different times durning peek time. The room service was horrible had to beg for them to come clean. The only nice person on this cruise was our waiter. This trip was durning spring break and they had pools closed the whole cruise. When we went to the desk to talk about theses major issues the only answers we ever got was "we are sorry" called Guest care that's all we got as well. Captain never saw him anywhere even places he was suppose to show up. Captain get control of your vessel or quit
