My partner and I did our second msc cruise from Genoa with Splendida. Embarkation was a doddle, swift and polite staff made sure we were on board within 30 mins from entering the port.As this is our second msc cruise (about to book another) we don't listen to negative views of people who want a ship full or English people and English food. It's an Italian cruise line with all that lovely pasta and nice wines to accompany it and not full of moaning English people (not all English moan of course). The architecture and quality of the ship's interior is stunning and palatial in parts. We could have had a party in our cabin if we'd wanted to.Yes, there are a few things - no coffee/tea in the cabins - but then go out and find a nice coffee bar for a proper coffee and enjoy the ship. If you want a cruise with a Mediterranean feel then go on MSC - if you want home from home then STAY AT HOME or go on P & O.

Cabin Review

Good size cabin and plenty of wardrobe space. Safe as always in the cabin which is a must. Only criticism - please supply drinking water in the cabins.
