I took my son, DIL and 4 grandchildren on this cruise and we had the best time. It was their first cruise my second. The kids ages 2-8 liked camp Carnival so much they didn't even want to get off the ship in Grand Cayman. We took a family tour in Cozumel that we booked ourselves with a private gentleman with a van who took us and another couple to some Mayan ruins, a beach and shopping. We paid $75 for all 7 of us and were gone about 4 hours.

Where the ship docks in Cozumel there is a shopping area that has a drug store if you are interested in the likes of over the counter antibiotics, viagra, highblood pressure meds and just about any prescription drugs you can think of at very reasonable prices. I am a nurse and I think the Mexican philosophy on providing readily available drugs for those who can't afford insurance isn't such a bad idea. Not perfect but not horrible. Especially if you know what you need.

There is also REAL vanilla extract in quart sized containers that is amazing! Just remember it will have to go in your checked luggage on the flight back.
