This was our 16th cruise, 13th with Carnival. We have 3 additional cruises currently booked. We fly from WA state for every cruise. Carnival does it right. Beds are awesome ! The quality of service, food, activities, drinks is an excellent value. We want to cruise 2-3x a year. We don't want to pay a lot more and cruise less. A couple suggestions for Carnival in these economic times 1) add more varied port options 2) lower picture prices and/or have combo packs that are savings! Passengers would end up buying more if they didn't feel gauged and you would make more $$$ overall

Destiny: great ship, nice comfortable rooms, staff for most part is very friendly. Our room steward disappointed us.... was worse we had in 13 cruises. Dining staff were exceptional. Liked the cruise director, he was not 'corny' like a lot are.

Ports; We visited Half Moon, Nassau & Grand Turk. This is an excellent 5 day cruise. Half Moon is amazing, Nassau ok, go direct to Atlantis and buy your water pass. The slides, beach, grounds at Atlantis are worth $110, Grand Turk is fun. If you snorkel do it right by ship. Snorkel out to buoy line. You go from standing water to 100ft drop ! It's eerie but a need to experience. Margarita-ville is always fun. This one has HUGE pool, only 3-4ft deep. Swim up bar.
