As a first time cruiser I am sure that i am a bit biased but i have to say that this has been our best ever holiday.

Embarkation -- After reading reviews previously, we expected that arriving at peak time (1.30 p.m.) it would take some time to get through and onto the ship -- not so. We sailed through embarkation and were on the ship within 30 minutes.

Our cabin -- We had an inside cabin on Aloha deck and our room steward was Luigi. As soon as we arrived, he introduced himself and offered his services and explained that if we needed anything we only had to page him, or ask him when we saw him. We asked for towel robes and pool towels to be made available every day and within 1 hour, the towel robes were there. He seemed to be invisible yet, there. We only had to leave our room for say 20 minutes and we would come back and our beds would be made up and the room cleaned -- exceptional service.
