Getting on the ship: We arrived at the port terminal at 10:30 am. Which looking back was not a bad idea, but we did not get on the ship til 1-1:30pm. It seemed to take a long time for them to let us on the ship. The Disney cruise agent we spoke with on the phone swore that we would get on by noon if we arrived before 11. We read reviews and knew going in to it that it would take a while....guess what....Disney rep was wrong....reviews were right. Funny thing that the Disney rep argued with me on the phone about the review.

Once on board: They feed you right away, which was great. Bags do not arrive to your room door until about 4-5pm. Bring a day bag filled with change of clothes....bathing suit...sunscreen etc.

Service: Is outstanding...from the guys squeegeing the pool decks all day...to the guys and gals working the bars and restaurants. The food was fantastic...great taste and lots of flavor. These people go out of their way to ensure you are having a great vacation.

Cabin Review

Cabin 8A

Accomodations: We had a family ocean view stateroom...it was plenty big for the three of us...little tight if there are 4 but none the less you're just there to get cleaned up and sleep. The only thing we would change about this is we would have gotten a room with a verandah...My wife and I wanted to enjoy a drink or 2 while relaxing at the sound of the ocean after dinner and a show except our son was asleep by 10:30-11 every night. So we were forced to go to bed as well...no baby sitters...unless you leave your child in the kids club. But a sleepy child is a grumpy child.

Our steward was on the ball...room was spotless every day. He went above and beyond...of couorse the $20 spot at the start of the cruise might have helped. Use the in room safe...lets face it...locks keep honest people honest.
