This was our 3rd . HAL cruise .It exceeded our expectations .
We arrived at the port in Manhattan at 9:15 AM . We were welcomed with smiles galore .Everything went smoothly . By 10:20 we were on the ship and in our beautiful Lanai cabin .We were welcomed by our Room Steward who over the course of the cruise went out of his way to insure that everything was to our satisfaction .
At 12 noon we went to the MDR for the Mariners lunch .The food was excellent as it was for every meal . We did not go to the Lido or to any specialty restaurants for meals . The waiter service was excellent as were the choices of food .
Cabin Review
Lanai Ocean-View Stateroom
The Lanai room was wonderful but a bit small ,much smaller than any type cabin we've had previously . Having said that ,with 100% certainty we will book a Lanai on our next cruise .
