we TRAVELLED FROM Manchester TO Corfu AND BOARDED THERE. This was our first time and so was full of expectation. We had a good flight and the sun was shinning bright when we arrived. We boarded the ship and by the time we found our cabin our luggage arrive 5 Min's afterwards, The had 2 separate beds which the missus was not impressed with and we had 2 bunk beds over ours - the room I did not think would be big enough for a family of four but for two of us it was adequate as we did not expect to spend much time in it.

We were surprised to see the amount of food available it was 24 hour at 3am you could have a pizza or burger if so desired. We had most of our evening meals in the Compass restaurant which we enjoyed the meals were excellent and very well displayed we tried some dishes which we had never had before such as Wild Berry Soup but it was surprisingly delicious - there were 5 courses and you could eat as many as you wanted and as many times as you wanted. The Lido was open all day which was buffet style were we tended to have a breakfast a choice of full English, continental, waffles/pancakes, pasties etc. We were amazed at how organized the waiters were and we were served by Gerry, Harley and GI who we thought were excellent, polite and professional

The entertainment was mostly done by the crew entertainers and were surprisingly very good with the Africa show being outstanding. They had 2 comedians who were both very funny and we laughed our socks off - You could choose to listen to the Prime Men a filipino group who were also very good and their twang did not spoil the enjoyment. The three piece band in New Horizons which was a different sort of bar which was relaxing and dark where you could just sit and talk and the band was in the back ground. The waiters were also very good with ones such as Grace who was very polite and professional and attentive.

Cabin Review

Cabin 34i

The Cabin I thought was adequate for 2 though it was a "family " cabin. The storage space was excellent the T.V small and there was no tea or coffee in the room. Shower small but powerful.
