changed us from western to eastern 3 day before we left. BUMMER. TOOOOO many people. pools are soooooo small, they are a joke. personally i don't do public pools so that didn't matter to me. but they should be embarrassed by them. don't book under the lido deck. we were 9th floor balcony under it and could not sleep one night for the noise of them cleaning the kitchen area. i'm not exaggerating. they actually came to my room at 4:00 am to see what we were hearing. gave all three cabins of us 30% of our fare back. that was nice but didn't make our trip any more enjoyable. buffet food not good. sandwich bar was very good. hot dogs and burgers were good. dining food o.k. servers were GREAT. very poorly designed ship compare to others we have been on. no big promenade deck. R.C. Adventure had a nice one. all three balconies opened to make one big one. NICE! shows just ok. don't book trips off ship. many people just outside ship waiting to take you wherever you want for much much less. or book online yourself. save a lot. staff was very nice but i just wouldn't do that ship again. didn't really enjoy it like the others. room temp NOT very cool but livable. we put cokes in our suitcase instead of carry on and they didn't remove them. DO SELF ASSIST. off ship and out of parking lot by 7:00 am. less than 30 min. don't wait till they call your floor. just go when they call the first floor. we were 9th but went when they called 1st. no lines at elevator or anywhere. oh yea terrible elevators. SLOW.
