Having cruised before, I was not shocked at the size of the cabins. I travelled with two friends and we had plenty of storage, the cabin was clean, the bathroom small, but efficient. The overall appearance of the ship was magnificient, very tastefully decorated, and clean. The food was supberb! We dined in the formal dining rooms as well as the Aloha Buffet, and the Cadillac Diner. We did not visit any of the specialty diners, but were told by fellow passengers that they were all great! The formal dining rooms were both exceptionally good; the atmosphere was nice; the service was great! We especially loved the Cadillac, with Katie, the waitress who went above and beyond with each visit. She gave us tips about our shore excursions and served our delicious food with a smile. The on-board entertainment was exceptional. We really enjoyed Vic Pore and the music of "our day." He and Brian were our favorites; although, we certainly enjoyed all the shows we saw. The bands at the pool were wonderful each day. Tim, the comedian, was a hoot. The dance contest was quite entertaining. It was a nice mix of entertainment. The shore excursions were great. In addition to parasailing, snorkeling, going to the waterfalls, and bike riding, we ventured out alone two days with rental vehicles. It was a great way to see the islands. We met interesting people and saw things we probably wouldn't have seen on a tour. It was a great adventure. We rented a jeep one day and a red Mustang convertible the other. We were "living the life" for three girls celebrating their 60th birthdays! When all was said and done, we agreed that this was one of the best vacations ever. We couldn't have asked for more--beautiful scenery, perfect weather, helpful crew members, great entertainment, delicious food, and wonderful accommodations. We also agreed this is a "repeat" vacation!
