Overall, we had an amazing time on our 14 night back to back cruise from Venice and the ports of calls were all brilliant. We would definately book with NCL again, however we did have a few minor complaints...

Cabin - we had a balcony cabin on deck 10. Cabin quite small but comfy and bathroom great. Balcony fantastic, worth the extra money on this cruise as the views are amazing. Upon arrival in the room, a few of the shelves and chairs were dusty and the balcony could do with a proper clean and a new table. Cabin steward ok but never changed pool towels once when they should be changed every day!

Food - we ate in the Grand Pacific most nights (more formal free restaurant) and most nights we had to wait 10 minutes or so for a table for 2 which was fine. You are given a buzzer which flashes when the table is ready. We were fortunate to get a table by the window most nights. Service ok and food good although small portions. We often ordered two starters. RCI much better food and service but then again I think this is due to the fact you are on the same table each night. We loved the fact we could go for dinner anytime. Tried the Alizar once, too informal and loud for us. Garden Cafe buffet very good, excellent selection of food and always fresh. We took our food to the outside part as less hectic (the cafe can be a bit canteen'ish at busy times). We ate in the Jasmine Garden once which is a $15 pp chinese restaurant and although I don't agree with having to pay extra for different restaurants, the food was delicious. As we were staying 14 nights (minority) I think NCL should give those passengers a free 1 night pass to a speciality restaurant as a gesture. (It does not cost them anything!) Read more
