I flew from Philly to Frt. Lauderdale. My sister lives in Ft. Lauderdale so we drove to the port. My sister & I decided to try RCL after doing many Carnival cruises and 1 Norweigan cruise. All we can say is "We are sold on RCL !". We drove into the Port, dropped off our 2 bags & parked the car. $20 a day, and they do take credit cards. We got on ship easily & quickly. We were starving so went too eat. All i can say is that RCL has much better choices & quality food than Carnival. If anyone says the food is only okay, needs their head & taste buds examined. The food the entire cruise was great!

The ship was updated beautiful! Room was fine for 2 people Bathroom was enough room also, including the shower stall. The beds were perfect.....comfy & firm. The TV's are small and we were used to the larger ones on Carnival, but whatever. There was enough spaces to put away our things and suitcase fit right underneath.

There are more activities on RCL than Carnival. RCL wanted you to have fun. The cruise director was Dan the Party Man and he was great. Not cheesy at all. really cool and witty.
