Customer service at the port was rude. I noticed that the customer service rep were unkept and their scarves were dirty and they were rude and didn't explain things as easy ans simple as they were.As soon as we boarded I noticed how dirty and dingy this ship was. I walked into our room and almost fainted. Carpet was dirty, room was hot, remote control was not working. I went down to guest services and requested the room be cleaned, softer pillows to be sent, control fixed, and for someone to fix the AC. It took them 5 hours to bring a cabin Stewart to clean again, no pillows, no AC fixed, and no remote fixed the first day. We had to call several times to get someone to pay attention to us. There were only a handful of crew members that were very nice and genuine. The rest were just cold and didn't acknowledge your presence. Dinner was horrible in the main dinning room. I cook better food at home. No re frills, no going the extra mile and again, crew members were cold and rude. Carnival has better service and the crew members are VERY nice. Picture backgrounds were plain and ugly. Nothing like Carnival. Ship layout is confusing and you get lost easily. No 24 hr pizza, no ice cream 24 hrs, and only one buffet open with long lines. Overall this ship is old, dirty, and crew member are VERY cold.
