I chose this cruise for it's itinerary and 4 port stops. We found the crew to be helpful and wonderful. Our cabin stewards Christopher and Jarus were great--our rooms always ready when we needed them to be. We had two connecting balcony staterooms in the far aft port section of deck 11.We ate in the Windows Dining Room for almost all meals. We were pleased with the selection and most meals were very good to great. Service was great as well and my water glass was never less than half full. Food was much better on NCL than on our Disney cruise some years ago.We ate in the specialty restaurant Shogun one night. The appetizers were good the entrees were mediocre for someone used to great Chinese food.Everyone in family enjoyed the shows. My 8 year old had fun when in the kids club, enjoyed the kids water park, and was usually absolutely exhausted by around 9:30 pm.My teen spent a little time in the teen club, but made friends with a nice group of kids from around the country and they made their own fun for most of the cruise. We stayed at the JW Marriott for 2 nights in New Orleans before the cruise and enjoyed an airboat ride with the Jean Lafitte Co. Hotel was an oasis of calm in town. Kids had fun touring Voodoo Museum and the Insectarium and walking around the French Quarter.Embarkation and disembarkation were painless and well managed.Kids cried when we left and we are all in cruise withdrawal. Excellent vacation.
