I don't recommend this cruise or vacation package. They said it was full to capacity (1200), but they don't have the staff to handle what they had booked. Extra charges...which they won't give you up front, up the price so the base price is no longer a bargain. Food selection is limited (the amount is adequate) and unless you want to pay another $25 each there is only one dining room. Three elevators serve the entire ship and one was out of order on both trips I was on.The lines were long in entering but worse for exiting the ship...very poorly organized. And they insisted on early checkout at the Island resulting in busing us to the hotel in the AM before the rooms were ready and it took 4 hours to get off the ship and checked in (required if you wanted to have a place for your baggage and to use the resort), all but the 1/2 hr bus trip spent standing in lines with two few agents. Help at the hotel says this happens every other day, and they still haven't figured out that they need at least one person to answer questions and one to do the paperwork when checking in so many people at one time. They had three agents for all of us.The boat is decent, the hotel at Our Lucaya was very nice...meals there were overpriced and reviewed as average...across the street in the shopping area were several good restaurants and I give rave reviews for "Zorba the Greek's" which had the best greek food I have had ever, the outside seating was pleasant and service good...plus local specialties for very reasonable prices.

Cabin Review

Small but clean. Smallest bathroom I have ever been in...comedian jokes that because he is a big guy you could soap the walls and wash yourself...got the biggest laugh of the show...too true!
